Privacy Policy

EqualBid collects the information needed to operate founder accounts, review startup submissions, process purchases, prevent abuse, and measure listing visits.

Information we collect

This may include your email address, submitted startup information, moderation evidence, payment references and status, device and session security information, and website usage analytics. Full payment card details are handled by Dodo Payments and are not stored by EqualBid.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and important product interactions, including category filters, startup profile and outbound visits, submission progress, checkout starts, retries, and confirmed purchases. Analytics events do not include founder email addresses or submitted form contents.

How we use information

We use it to authenticate users, perform safety review, administer listings, send transactional email, reconcile payments, provide analytics, enforce our policies, and secure the service.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate EqualBid, such as Resend, OpenAI, Dodo Payments, Google Analytics, and hosting/security providers. Public listing content becomes visible only after approval and successful placement activation. We retain records as reasonably required for operations, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may ask to correct or delete eligible account information by emailing hello@equalbid.lol. You can also limit analytics through your browser settings or a content blocker. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained.
