Refund Policy

A failed or cancelled checkout is not a successful purchase and reserves no queue slot. If you see a failed-payment status, you can retry from the founder dashboard.

Eligible refunds

Contact us if you were charged twice for the same order, a confirmed placement could not be delivered because of an EqualBid technical failure, or the payment provider confirms an incorrect charge.

Non-refundable placements

Except where required by law, a placement is not refundable after its scheduled exposure begins. We do not issue refunds because a placement receives fewer clicks, leads, or sales than expected.

How to request one

Email hello@equalbid.lol with your account email and order number. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take time to appear.
