These terms govern the use of EqualBid.lol. By creating an account, submitting a startup, or purchasing a placement, you agree to them.
Eligibility and submissions
You must be authorized to represent the submitted startup and provide accurate information. Submissions are screened by automated systems. Safe websites scoring above 50% may proceed to checkout automatically; scores of 50% or below, failed scans, and serious safety flags require administrator review. EqualBid may reject, suspend, or remove content that is unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or unsuitable.
Standard placement
A successful $24 standard purchase reserves the next available hourly entry time. Each startup enters at rank #1. Existing startups move down one position only when a newer paid startup enters. A startup leaves the live board after moving beyond rank #24. Premium advertisements never alter these standard ranks.
Premium placement
A $49 premium purchase reserves one clearly labelled sponsored position for one UTC calendar day. Inventory is limited to three positions per day: after standard ranks #3, #8, and #14. A startup may hold only one premium position on the same day.
Payments and availability
Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments. A slot is not confirmed until payment succeeds. Temporary checkout holds expire after 15 minutes. EqualBid limits the future standard queue to 48 confirmed or held slots after the 24-position board.
No performance guarantee
EqualBid guarantees the purchased placement when the service operates normally. It does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, search ranking, or any other result.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your website, claims, intellectual property, privacy practices, and compliance with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.
